Last weekend Dubai and Ayala played the 52nd Queen’s Cup final in front of 5,000 spectators at Guards Polo Club. Dubai, with Adolfo Cambiaso and Nachi Heguy in the team’s line-up, faced Ayala, with Gonzalo Pieres and John Paul Clarkin. As expected, it turned out to be a very hard-fought match, with Dubai eventually emerging as the winner. With just 30 seconds left in the final chukka, Cambiaso converted a penalty deciding the outcome of the match with Dubai on 12 goals against Ayala’s 11. It was Dubai’s 5th win and the 8th win for Cambiasso in the Queen’s cup.
